Who collects your information: this pharmacy and the pharmacy group it belongs to (the responsible party), through the hyve pharmacy platform.

What we collect and why: your name, contact details and the health information on your prescription. We use it to dispense and supply your medicine and keep the records the law requires.

Who sees it: pharmacy staff at any store in the group, and the service providers who host our systems and deliver SMS and email on our behalf. Some providers process data outside South Africa under contracts that protect it as POPIA requires. We never sell your information.

Your choices: sending your prescription is voluntary, but without it we cannot prepare your medicine.

Your rights: you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforeg.org.za.

Your prescription is sent directly and securely to our pharmacy's own system — it is not stored on this website. Payment is taken when you collect, or on delivery.
